This is part of our transparency effort to be more transparent with customers on how funds are spent.

Painting & other capital projects

Starting October 1st, 2022 all capital project bids will include a Transparency Document like the one on the right. This document will outline how the funds from that specific bid will be spent.

We do this in an effort to provide potential customers with real insight into the inner workings of ZTL as well as an in-depth view of how funds from their project will be divided and spent.

This transparency effort is a part of the bigger ZTL 2030 vision outlined by our Board of Directors. The ZTL 2030 Vision is the driving force behind many ZTL projects and endeavors as it aims at making ZTL a household name by the year 2030.

Additionally, we hope that by including this Transparency Document customers who are skeptical of our prices will be able to understand why ZTL prices items the way it does.
